Episode 11

I can see why Allie hyped this episode so much.  It's really fun.

"Shut Up!"

Space Invaders can be wonderfully sensual.

Space Invaders addiction is a serious issue.

I'm extremely impressed with the below scene.  If I didn't know better, I would seriously think this was from a drama.  It's raw and it's personal.  This is some of Allie's best work.

Notice the fierce panthers (or tigers) on the shirt!

"The game is making me faster at work!"

 

"I can do an 8 hour shift in 40 minutes!"

"Space Invaders should be my job!"

Unfortunately, Belinda does not get to save the day in the below scene.  Rather, that honor goes to Shinky who comes in at the last minute.  It makes for interesting story development but Belinda is slighted by this.

 

It was so weird.  I sent Allie a tweet about Twister and then I saw this a couple of days later. 

Episode 12

The pattern broke.  Episode 12 was not my next favorite (following 4 and 8), that honor goes to episode 11.   Allie also hyped her singing.  I like that she sings but the scene (during the end credits, at that) didn't really allow sufficient time for true appreciation of her talents.  Plus the music was over the top (I know that's the point!); something closer to the style of Allie's own songwriting would've been more interesting.
